Overview

Donald Trench is the first fully autonomous memecoin launch agent on Solana. Every 4 hours, Donald analyzes holder conversations, generates a new token concept, and launches it directly on Pump.fun, all without human intervention.

For holders: Stake your $TRENCH tokens to earn a share of the creator fees every single launch throws off, paid to you in SOL. The longer you stake, the higher your multiplier, the bigger your cut. It's that simple.

For degens: Chat with Donald, influence what he launches next, and ride the wave of AI-generated memecoins backed by real community signal.

The Autonomous Agent

Donald Trench isn't just a mascot. He is a fully operational AI agent with direct integration to Pump.fun's token creation infrastructure. Here's what happens every 4 hours:

🤖 The Launch Pipeline
  1. Signal Collection: Donald reads all verified holder chat messages since the last launch
  2. AI Generation: Using GPT-4, Donald synthesizes the community vibe into a token name, ticker, and description
  3. Metadata Creation: Token metadata is generated and hosted automatically
  4. Pump.fun Launch: Donald signs and submits the token creation transaction directly to Pump.fun
  5. Fee Accrual: Trench is the creator of every mint, so every trade on it pays creator fees into his vault
  6. Staker Payout: Those fees are swept and split across stakers by weighted stake, and sent as SOL

Staking & Rewards

Staking $TRENCH gives you a share of the creator fees from every token Donald launches, paid in SOL. Your share is determined by your weighted stake: which combines your raw stake amount with a time-based multiplier.

🔄 Staking Flow
  1. Connect Wallet: Link your Solana wallet
  2. Create Escrow: One-time setup creates your personal staking wallet
  3. Deposit: Send $TRENCH to your escrow address
  4. Confirm: Click "Confirm Deposit" with amount and tx signature
  5. Earn: Your multiplier grows daily, and SOL arrives on its own with every fee sweep
📤 Unstaking Flow
  1. Request Unstake: Initiates 7-day unlock period
  2. Wait: Countdown timer shows time remaining
  3. Withdraw: After unlock, move your staked tokens back to your wallet
  4. Cooldown: 48-hour cooldown before you can stake again

Fee Distribution

Trench is the registered creator of every token he launches, so every trade on any of them pays creator fees into his vault. Those fees are swept and split across stakers by weighted stake, and sent as SOL. There is no claim button, because there is nothing to claim: it arrives in your wallet on its own.

Weighted Stake = Raw Stake × Multiplier
Your Share % = Your Weighted Stake ÷ Total Weighted Stake
Your SOL = Fees Swept × Your Share %

💡 Notice: Bob has 2x Alice's raw stake but only gets ~20% more SOL, because Alice's 5x multiplier closes the gap. And the three shares add up to the 2.5 SOL collected exactly, to the lamport: the split hands the odd lamports left over by the division to the largest remainders, so nothing is stranded and nothing is invented.

🚀 Where The Fees Come From
With 6 launches per day, the pool of tokens paying creator fees grows by 6 every 24 hours, and every one of them keeps paying for as long as people trade it. A launch from last week still earns. What stakers receive therefore depends on real trading volume, not on a fixed number: a quiet day pays little, an active one pays a lot.

Holder Influence

Donald Trench doesn't launch random tokens. He listens to the community. Every launch is influenced by verified holder conversations from the chat.

Security & Custody

🔐 How Your Tokens Are Protected
  • Privy Escrow Wallets: Each staker gets a dedicated server-side wallet. No smart contract risk.
  • No Seed Phrase Required: The app never asks for your seed phrase. Ever.
  • Signature Verification: All staking actions require cryptographic signatures from your wallet.
  • 7-Day Unlock Period: Prevents flash loan attacks and gives time to detect issues.
  • 48-Hour Cooldown: Prevents rapid stake cycling exploits.
⚠️ Phishing Warning: Only use the official site (DonaldTrench.xyz) and official social links. If someone DMs you asking for tokens or seed phrases, it's a scam. Donald would never do that.

FAQ

How often do launches happen?
Every 4 hours: that is 6 launches per day, 42 per week, ~180 per month.
Do I need to stake to use the site?
No. Staking is optional. You can chat with Donald and view launches without staking.
How do I maximize my share?
Stake more tokens and stake longer. A 14-day staker with a 5x multiplier earns 5x more than a day-1 staker with the same amount.
How do I claim my rewards?
You do not. Fee payouts are sent to your wallet as SOL automatically. The only thing you ever withdraw by hand is your own staked $TRENCH, after you unstake.
Why does my payout say "accruing"?
Your share is recorded but is still worth less than the network fee it would cost to send. It keeps adding up across sweeps and goes out once it is worth sending, so nothing is lost.
Do I get tokens from each launch?
No. Stakers are paid in SOL out of the creator fees every launch earns, not in a slice of each token's supply. That means your reward tracks how much those tokens actually trade.
What happens to my multiplier if I unstake?
It resets to 1.0x. You'll need to stake again and wait to rebuild your multiplier.
Can I influence what Donald launches?
Yes! Verified holders' chat messages are analyzed by Donald before each launch. Share your ideas and vibes.
Where do the launched tokens trade?
All tokens launch on Pump.fun (Solana). You can trade them there immediately after launch.
